Request to Notarise a Special Power of Attorney (Trade License)

Through this service, you can apply for notarising a contract whereby the principal appoints another person to act on his behalf in all legal and permissible matters in respect of trade license(s) of a company, establishment or the incorporation of a specific company or establishment. He may also authorise the attorney’s signature.

Service Conditions

The maximum period for the POA validity is 3 calendar years after the date of notarisation
If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others
If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice
Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
The POA clauses shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion
