Golden Visa - For Real Estate Investor

The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs, and Ports Security offers a specialized service for issuing Emirates ID Cards and Residence Visas to real estate investors in the UAE, provided that they own property valued at not less than 2 million AED.

Requirements

Ownership Deed of the Property
Photo With White Back Ground
Passport Copy (Clear & Valid, not less than 6 months)
Proof of Housing in UAE (Ownership Deed or House Rental Contract)
Unit Valuation Certificate issued by DMT
Residence Visa Copy or Visit Visa Copy

Service Conditions

Issuance fees are refunded only if the application was rejected by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship Customs and Port Security
